Job summary

Prime Recruitment is recruiting an Associate Territory Manager in Beverly Hills to launch into medical device sales. Base salary is $70K with up to $6,000 monthly commission, offering total earnings of $140K+ and uncapped commissions for top performers.

You’ll educate clinicians on a non-invasive device, perform in-home demos, and collaborate with senior managers on strategy and goals while advancing a meaningful career in a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Experience with live product demonstrations is a plus.

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales including prospecting, meetings, product demos, in-services, and follow-up.
• Educate physicians and clinicians on a non-invasive device that improves quality of life.

Associate Territory Manager — Entry Point into Medical Device Sales

Break into the medical device industry with a fast-growing company and a mission-driven product changing lives.

We’re working with a rapidly expanding medical device company that’s growing its field sales team across the country. If you have a proven track record in outside sales and are eager to transition into medical device sales, this is your chance to take the leap.

What You’ll Do:

• This position will be based in Beverly Hills and will cover Beverly Hills and the surrounding areas (West LA, Santa Monica, Burbank)
• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales: prospecting, meetings, product demos, in-services, and follow-up
• Educate physicians, therapists, and clinicians on a non-invasive device that improves quality of life for patients with venous disease and lymphedema
• Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients and support their onboarding
• Partner closely with senior Territory Managers on strategy, execution, and sales goals
• Serve as a trusted resource to clinicians, offering guidance on treatment protocols, reimbursement, and more

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in a consultative or field-based role
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and close business
• Any experience interacting with patients, clinicians, or doing live product demos is a plus
