About Moog

Moog Aerospace & Defense (A&D), including our Aircraft and Space & Defense Groups, is undergoing a digital transformation from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and iBASEt Solumina. This role supports the deployment and continuous improvement of these systems across global sites, focusing on quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and improving ERP/MES/QMS solutions, with technical expertise and process knowledge.
• Build relationships with software providers and project teams, making decisions and escalating issues as needed.
• Analyze business needs, considering QMS, MES, ERP, PLM, and other IT systems, to ensure efficient processes and digital integration.
• Support legacy QMS processes in TIPQA and facilitate transition to new systems.
• Participate in testing, validation, and user training activities to ensure successful deployment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for MES/QMS solutions.
• Coordinate meetings and training sessions with stakeholders.
• Perform Scrum Master duties, managing user stories and backlogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Quality business processes such as Nonconformance, Corrective Action, Supplier Quality, Inspection, Audit, and AS9100.
• Experience with Solumina’s Quality functionalities is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Salary Range

Buffalo, NY: $72,000 – $92,000 annually
