Position Overview:

Moog's Corporate Group is seeking an Associate ERP Process Analyst for Global Procurement. This role is part of our ERP transformation journey from a legacy system to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the Procure to Pay team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gather business requirements and liaise with site-based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  2. Develop an integrated, scalable solution and consolidate site-specific requirements.
  3. Identify and test improved business processes, support master data cleansing, and assist in training system users.
  4. Support stabilization efforts post go-live and promote continuous process improvement.
  5. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Procurement and IT.
  6. Develop SAP Blueprints and standardized processes scalable from small to large sites.
  7. Define functional requirements and communicate with technical teams.
  8. Assist in training and deployment planning.
  9. Assess current processes, identify pain points, and define future state metrics.
  10. Serve as a bridge between SAP technical teams and business stakeholders.
  11. Champion change management and system adoption.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline with at least 3 years of related experience, including 2 years in supply chain within manufacturing (preferably aerospace or defense).
  2. Strong communication and change management skills.
  3. Experience coordinating across multiple sites and cultures.
  4. Understanding of operational metrics and pain points.
  5. Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is preferred.
  6. Must reside near Buffalo, NY, as onsite work is required; relocation assistance is not provided.

Additional Information:

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually for Buffalo, NY. Actual salary depends on experience and performance. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
