Company Overview:

Moog, Inc. is looking for an Associate Process Analyst - Quality Management (QM).

Business Context:

Moog Aerospace & Defense (A&D), including our Aircraft Group and Space and Defense Group, is undergoing a digital transformation from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and iBASEt Solumina solutions. This role supports the deployment and continuous improvement of these systems across Moog's global sites.

Role Purpose:

Assist with gathering business requirements, liaising with Subject Matter Experts, and deploying integrated ERP/MES/QMS solutions. Support the transition from legacy QMS (TIPQA) to the new system, ensuring process alignment and user training.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing, implementing, and improving ERP/MES/QMS solutions, with technical expertise and process knowledge.
2. Maintain relationships with software providers and project teams, escalating issues as needed.
3. Analyze business needs across systems to ensure efficient processes and digital integration.
4. Support legacy TIPQA modules and the new QMS solution to ensure smooth transition.
5. Participate in testing, validation, and user training activities.
6. Document processes, configurations, and test scripts.
7. Coordinate meetings and facilitate Scrum activities like managing User Stories and backlogs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Quality business processes such as Nonconformance, Corrective Actions, and Audits.
• Experience with Solumina Quality functionality is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Compensation:

Buffalo, NY: $72,000 - $92,000 annually. Salary depends on experience, location, and performance. Additional benefits include bonuses, stock plans, and region-specific perks.
