About Moog

Moog, Inc. is seeking an Associate Process Analyst – Quality Management (QM). Our Aerospace & Defense (A&D) division, including Aircraft Group and Space and Defense Group, is undergoing a digital transformation from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and iBASEt Solumina. This role supports the deployment and continuous improvement of these systems across Moog’s global sites.

Role Purpose

Assist in gathering business requirements, liaise with Subject Matter Experts, and deploy an integrated ERP/MES/QMS solution. Support the consolidation of site-specific quality requirements, test and improve processes, and train users. Maintain legacy QMS (TIPQA) systems and ensure smooth transition to new solutions.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Assist with designing, implementing, and improving ERP/MES/QMS solutions, leveraging technical expertise and business process knowledge.
2. Build relationships with software providers and project teams, escalating issues as needed.
3. Analyze business needs across QMS, MES, ERP, PLM, and other systems to ensure efficient processes and digital integration.
4. Support sustainment of legacy TIPQA processes including audits, nonconformance, and corrective actions.
5. Participate in testing and validation of ERP/MES/QMS applications and configurations.
6. Support user training and change management activities to ensure successful deployment.
7. Maintain documentation such as Process Definition Documents, Process Flows, Test Scripts, and Training Materials.
8. Coordinate meetings for training and stakeholder updates.
9. Perform Scrum Master duties, managing User Stories and backlogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality business processes (e.g., Nonconformance, Corrective Action, Supplier Quality, Inspection, Audit, AS9100).
• Experience with Solumina’s Quality modules preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven change leadership and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Compensation

Buffalo, NY: $72,000 – $92,000 annually. Compensation includes bonuses, stock purchase plans, benefits, and region-specific perks. Actual salary depends on experience, location, and performance.
