Company Overview:

Moog, Inc. is looking for an Associate Process Analyst - Quality Management (QM).

About Moog Aerospace & Defense (A&D):

Our Aircraft Group and Space and Defense Group are embarking on a digital transformation journey from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and iBASEt Solumina. This role will support the deployment and continuous improvement of these systems across Moog's global A&D sites.

Role Purpose:

This role involves gathering business requirements, liaising with Subject Matter Experts, and deploying an integrated ERP/MES/QMS solution. It includes consolidating site-specific requirements, testing, training, and post-implementation support, requiring strong communication and influencing skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support the sustainment of legacy QMS TIPQA software.
• Assist in testing and validation of ERP/MES/QMS applications.
• Facilitate user training and support go-live activities.
• Maintain documentation such as Process Definitions, Test Scripts, and Training Materials.
• Coordinate meetings and act as Scrum Master for backlog management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality business processes.
• Experience with Solumina's Quality functionality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Compensation:

Buffalo, NY: $72,000 - $92,000 annually, plus benefits.
