Job summary

CDW in Chicago seeks an Associate Partner Development Manager to execute and evolve the growth strategy for Genetec, translating partner priorities into seller-ready programs, offers, enablement, and services-attached motions. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, and partner stakeholders to drive revenue growth, investment utilization, and partner adoption.

This is an individual contributor role focused on annual planning, partner investment, and co-sell activities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in partner management, product management, sales, marketing, or related function; or 9 years in related roles; or 4 years of CDW PPM experience with 5 years in a related function.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the annual partner growth plan for the assigned Genetec partner; align investments, enablement, and pipeline priorities.
• Translate partner programs into seller-ready plays, offers, and enablement activities.
• Manage day-to-day partner engagement and support broader relationship management activities.
• Monitor market and program trends and provide recommendations to improve performance and execution.
