Job summary

Kyndryl Consult is seeking an Associate Partner who can guide client accounts through complex consulting engagements, aligning AI with enterprise infrastructure to create scalable outcomes. Qualifications

Extensive experience in client relationship management and executive engagement at the CXO level.
Proven track record in business development, including bid management, solutioning, scoping, and contract negotiation.
Experience leading complex service delivery and cross-functional teams across consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
Experience structuring application-focused, cross-tower, or multi-disciplinary deal engagements using land-and-expand growth strategies.
Strong financial acumen with a track record of revenue growth and managing project margins.
Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure and emerging technology trends.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of project services opportunities from bid response through delivery.
Lead cross-disciplinary delivery teams to meet milestones and client outcomes.
Manage project margins, backlog, and consultant utilization across engagements.
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to drive trusted advisory relationships and growth.
