Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing unit within our organization. As an Associate Partner, you will guide client accounts through complex engagements, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and shape strategic change agendas at the C-suite.

Based in Pennsylvania, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle from bid responses to delivery, drive land-and-expand growth, and build trusted CXO relationships to maximize value. You will also help develop thought leadership and contribute to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record in bid management, solutioning, scoping, and contract negotiations.
• Experience leading complex service delivery with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to structure cross-tower, land-and-expand engagements.
• Strong financial acumen with revenue growth and margins focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of project services opportunities from bid through delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes and reference-ability.
• Drive opportunity identification, deal structuring, and contract negotiation across complex engagements.
