DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to reduce shrink and boost profitability through data-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end projects, from analysis to implementation, collaborating with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Category, Product, and Engineering.

The role blends operations, product, and finance, with hybrid work and opportunities to spend time on-site to understand the DashMart operation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in related roles.
• Strong analytical, data modeling and cost-reduction experience.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end shrink reduction projects using SQL and AI.
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Category.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for scalable fixes.
• Drive profitability through cross-functional execution.
