Job summary

Epic is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead employee compensation and stock programs on our Madison campus, with relocation support. You will partner with leaders and executives to design and optimize global compensation and stock initiatives, including international programs and country-specific considerations.

This role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area and does not sponsor visa; relocation is reimbursed. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country‑specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
