Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Associate Technology Field Services Technician in Chicago, IL to join our in-house Technology team. You will support multiple hotels in the Central Region, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware to ensure robust operations across properties.

Ideal candidates have IT field experience, hospitality IT support background, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, with travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• Professional work experience in Technology or related field.
• Experience in IT field support, desktop support, or onsite technical support.
• Hospitality, retail, or related industries experience in IT support.
• Willing to travel ~20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT and Telecom support for hotel team members.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware for efficient performance.
• Troubleshoot problems promptly and accurately.
