Job summary

Hilton is seeking an IT Executive to design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems across multiple hotel properties. You will support IT strategy, enhance security, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead technology projects to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality IT systems and best practices.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IT strategy and implementation across multiple properties ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Monitor and improve system performance and security, manage upgrades and maintenance.
• Resolve user and technical issues, provide training for a smooth technology experience.
• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with HTN standards and backup procedures.
• Lead and participate in major technology projects like workstation/server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX, and POS installations.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to minimize downtime and support critical site systems.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members and conduct performance evaluations.
