Job summary

Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking an Associate Field Services Technology Manager to support NYC/NJ-managed hotels, acting as a technology liaison and project lead. This hotel-based role reports to the Senior Manager Technology Field Services East and handles IT CapEx, openings, and major group events.

You will interact with hotel teams to deliver technology solutions, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and collaborate with vendors and corporate IT to meet business operations needs.

Qualifications

  • Professional work experience in technology or related field.
  • Travel outside of NYC to NJ up to 10%.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate Degree plus 6+ years of technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of technology-related experience.
  • Three (3)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
  • Cisco Meraki or network-related certifications.
  • Microsoft certifications: MCSA, MCTS or MCITP for Windows Server, MCDST.
  • Experience with hospitality core systems: PMS, POS, Keycard, and PBX.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with hotel team and, if necessary, hotel guests/clients, to provide solutions and deliver Hilton's Customer Promise by supporting the technology needs of business operations.
  • Manage and action open/active requests or incidents to ensure successful resolution using Hilton's ServiceNow platform and other third-party vendor support processes.
  • Project management experience implementing and leading departmental processes, procedures, and objectives to ensure success.
  • Build positive partnerships with vendors, corporate IT teams, and hotel team members.
  • Problem solve and advise on important issues to facilitate decision making.
  • Support ongoing training and build a culture of learning.
  • IT CapEx projects for the hotel including network upgrades, server/workstation refreshes.
  • Hotel opening and conversion-related projects.

Full job description: This role is based in New York and New Jersey, supporting NYC/NJ‑managed hotels.

You will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award‑winning culture. On the Technology Field Services East team reporting to the Senior Manager Technology Field Services East, you support projects including IT CapEx, hotel openings/conversions, and major hotel group events.
