Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking an Associate Experience Manager to lead Talent Coaches and enhance the associate lifecycle across onboarding, development, engagement, and retention initiatives.

You will partner with HRBPs, operations, and Talent Acquisition to align culture objectives with workforce strategies, forecast program needs, and drive metrics that improve retention and engagement across locations in Houston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience coordinating programs or related field preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with attention to grammar and proofreading.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Coaches to ensure high-quality associate experience across the lifecycle.
• Establish standards and performance expectations for onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor onboarding, retention, and engagement metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HRBP, operations, and talent acquisition for smooth transitions across processes.
• Utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to associate experience.
