Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking an Associate Experience Manager to lead Talent Coaches and enhance the associate lifecycle, from onboarding through retention. You will align culture objectives with engagement strategies and develop programs that improve belonging and development.

This role requires analyzing data, forecasting needs, and driving continuous improvement while safeguarding confidentiality. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, you will partner with HRBPs and leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and problems, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Travel between locations as required to support associates and programs.
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Talent Coaches to ensure high-quality associate experience.
• Define standards for onboarding, engagement metrics, and feedback.
• Monitor onboarding, retention, and engagement through data.
• Partner with HRBP and operations for seamless transitions across HR processes.
• Develop programs to strengthen associate connection and growth.
