Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D program design, delivery, and management.
• Knowledge of AI technologies applied to talent development and analytics.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and facilitating training in a business setting.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize activities.
• Ability to deliver training in classroom, virtual, and on-the-job formats.
