Purdue University is seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Executive Assistant for the Assistant Vice Provost (AVP) for Student Success Innovation/Executive Director of Student Success Programs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of more than 60 staff across 8 program areas who serve Purdue students at all stages of their journey. Student Success Programs is located at the main Purdue location in West Lafayette, Indiana.
The Executive Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support to the Assistant Vice Provost (AVP) for Student Success Innovation/Executive Director of Student Success Programs. Maximize the effectiveness of department operational processes and communications. Serve as a liaison with multiple contacts internal and external to the University. Facilitate communication, plan events, draft and edit various documents, schedule meetings and manage executive's calendar. Coordinate special projects involving independent research and work with all levels of internal management and staff. Also provides administrative support to the Deputy Director of Student Success Programs and directly supervises the department's receptionist. General areas of work are:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $52,000 to $55,000. The final salary offer will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, available budget, and relevant experience.
