Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years in client-facing roles.
Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
Proven track record of managing complex data sets and tracking OKRs.
Experience in contract negotiation and managing complex partnerships.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Build and grow long-term partnerships with strategic grocery and retail customers.
Navigate ambiguity and unblock processes across Product, Operations and Legal.
Perform deep-dive analyses to provide actionable insights and track growth initiatives.
Drive strategic initiatives across business teams to achieve outcomes.
Communicate with C-level executives and technical leads to align goals.
Manage pipelines and partnership lifecycles with disciplined project management.
