Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare unit seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead regulatory compliance, hazardous waste control, and safety programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations.

You will collaborate with site leadership on inspections, investigations, CAPAs, and training, driving continuous improvement in our multi-site operations with a focus on safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance programs (OSHA, EPA, DOT) across operations.
• Oversee hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management and reporting.
• Develop and manage environmental programs including spill prevention and emergency response.
• Lead safety inspections, incident investigations, CAPAs, and training initiatives.
• Track EHS metrics and report to leadership.
