Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead compliance, waste management, and safety programs across pharmacy, repackaging, and distribution operations. The role partners with site leadership to ensure regulatory adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.
• Preferred: certified safety professionals and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regs.
• Lead environmental, hazardous waste, and pharmaceutical waste programs.
• Develop and manage environmental safety programs and reporting.
• Conduct safety audits, investigations, and CAPA tracking.
• Deliver training and promote proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and incident response.
