Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director - SIP Strategy & Execution Lead to oversee US field incentive compensation design, execution, and governance within a cross-functional team.

The role blends strategic planning, vendor management, and collaboration across Sales, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, with a hybrid/remote-friendly setup. The successful candidate will drive timely payouts, governance, and support launches and field expansions while managing a vendor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated leadership in pharmaceutical incentive compensation.
Outstanding program/project management skills across a broad, complex portfolio of brands and stakeholders.
Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with senior sales/brand leaders and key stakeholders.
Experience leading a team and managing strategic vendor partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, plan and execute.

Responsibilities

Developing effective, compliant SIP designs aligned with priorities, principles, controls and compliance.
Leading SIP execution: objective setting, plan implementation, administration, payout and accruals.
Ensuring timely implementation and accurate payouts of SIP designs.
Overseeing SIP governance with legal and compliance partners.
Anticipating future SIP needs for launches or strategic shifts and planning accordingly.
Partnering with data, innovation, and Sales Crediting teams and managing Senior Specialists and the vendor.
