Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Managing Consultant to help build and grow a new financial services operations & technology consulting capability. The role focuses on transformation across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments, improving operating models, execution, and technology-enabled change.

You will partner with client stakeholders, contribute to business development, and deliver high-impact recommendations in a regulated environment, with remote collaboration

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of consulting experience in financial services transformation.
• Experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or credit card operations.
• Led large-scale transformation programs in regulated environments.
• Strong communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments.
• Assess current operations and design future-state operating models.
• Manage transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Support technology-enabled transformations and vendor evaluations.
• Develop high-quality deliverables and executive presentations.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to enhance consulting delivery.
