Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Finance - FP&A Transformation for a remote role. This position will drive a large-scale FP&A transformation, partnering with finance and business teams to improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

You will translate business requirements into process designs and implementation plans, focusing on governance, data quality, controls, and AI-enabled improvements, while leading workstreams and preparing executive-facing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or finance transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional engagements or transformation initiatives.
• Strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial topics to senior stakeholders.
• Interest in finance technology, automation, and AI-enabled transformation.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Finance - FP&A Transformation - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help drive a large-scale FP&A transformation agenda, partnering across finance and business teams to improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. The Associate Director will translate business requirements into process designs and implementation plans, with a focus on governance, data quality, controls, and AI-enabled improvements. This position will also lead key workstreams, develop executive-facing recommendations, and support adoption and stabilization of new finance capabilities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually
