Ladders seeks a Principal AI Transformation Consultant to join a leader in IT services. You will partner with customers to identify high-value AI opportunities, map current workflows, and translate pain points into actionable use cases that accelerate adoption.

This highly consultative role requires executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn manual processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in customer success, consulting, or business process improvement.
• Experience with architecture and engineering firms or project-based services.
• Proven track record in leading software adoption and change management.
• Strong understanding of ERP and AEC software environments.
• Proficiency in AI, automation, and natural-language workflow tools.
• Excellent business process consulting skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive adoption.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal AI Transformation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with customers to identify where AI can deliver the greatest operational value and guide them through practical transformation efforts. You will lead discovery, shape future-state workflows, and translate business pain points into actionable use cases that accelerate adoption. The position is highly consultative, requiring strong executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on turning manual processes into scalable, AI-enabled workflows.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $136,000 – $160,000 annually
