Job summary

RBC is seeking an Associate Director to lead the regulatory reporting and strategy function for the U.S. Intermediate Holding Company and U.S. Branches.

You will oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of FRB/OCC reports, drive automation, and strengthen internal controls in a high‑performing team. Responsibilities include managing regulatory reporting platforms, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Audit, and guiding change initiatives to ensure compliance with FRB, OCC,

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of and experience in U.S. regulatory reporting within financial services.
  • Hands‑on experience with data automation and reporting platforms (e.g., AxiomSL).
  • Effective written and verbal communication for senior management and regulators.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership and ability to mentor a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end regulatory report preparation, review and submission for FRB and OCC filings.
  • Drive automation and optimization of regulatory reporting platforms and processes.
  • Maintain internal controls over regulatory reporting and governance.
  • Assess impact of regulatory changes on RBC’s reporting obligations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, LOBs, Audit, Controllers, and Operations.
  • Develop and grow a high‑performing regulatory reporting team.
