RBC U.S. Finance team is seeking an Associate Director to join the regulatory reporting and strategy function for the U.S. Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) and U.S. Branches, responsible for the preparation, review and timely submission of regulatory reports, as well as, driving optimization and automation of regulatory reporting processes and platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for workflow production, controls execution and play an integral part in ensuring that RBC maintains a highly rated U.S. regulatory reporting program including meeting all applicable FRB, OCC, FDIC and FFIEC requirements.
The good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $145,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time‑off plan.
