Job summary

RBC is seeking an Associate Director for the U.S. regulatory reporting and strategy function in Jersey City. You will prepare and submit FRB/OCC reports, drive platform automation, and strengthen internal controls while aligning with regulatory standards.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to implement changes and lead a high-performing team within the Office of the CFO platform. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory reporting and experience in regulatory project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AxiomSL or similar reporting platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior management and regulators.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Leadership to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory report preparation, review and timely submission (FRB/OCC).
• Drive report automation, enhancements and optimization of reporting platforms.
• Maintain internal controls over regulatory reporting processes.
• Assess impact of regulatory changes on RBC’s reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, LOBs, Audit, Controllers, Operations on changes.
• Identify risk areas and drive corrective actions for compliance.
• Build and manage a high-performing team with a culture of accountability.
