Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering field (Mechanical, Systems, Physics, Electrical, Biomedical, Software).
• 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles with product development experience.
• Understanding of quality management systems.
• Regulated industry experience (FDA, Automotive, Industrial, etc).
• Experience with design for manufacturing, process validation and design transfer.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, systems, and product development functions.
• Project management experience for sophisticated systems.
• Experience in a proven design process (e.g. DFSS) over multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical leader for complex infusion systems, monitoring technologies, and integrated clinical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for hardware, software, systems, and data integration across disciplines.
• Define technical architectures and product strategies that support infusion systems and monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with clinical, product management, regulatory, quality, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers, with accountability for delivery.
• Implement best-in-class R&D tools, processes and standards within the development platform.
• Create Product Development goals aligned with business priorities and engineering responsibilities.
• Lead innovative problem resolution and drive accelerated progress.
• Plan and manage yearly platform budget to ensure execution of deliverables.
