Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking an Associate Director of R&D to serve as a technical leader for new product development within the Infusion business. The role demands leading multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, systems, data integration, and monitoring technologies.

As a senior R&D leader, you will define architectures, collaborate with regulatory and clinical teams, implement best practices, and drive platform goals while managing budgets and talent development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10+ years in R&D engineering roles with product development experience.
• Experience with regulated industries (FDA, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical leader for complex infusion systems and monitoring technologies.
• Provide architectural direction and product strategies for infusion platforms.
• Collaborate with regulatory, quality, clinical, and engineering teams on solutions.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams; manage performance.
• Plan and administer platform budgets aligned to business goals.
