Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in regulated environments.
• 3–5+ years leading engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with design controls, DFMEA, risk management, verification, quality systems.
• Proven design transfer and manufacturing readiness experience.
• Strong communication and leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a mechanical engineering team to drive accountability.
• Own execution for complex infusion systems from concept through production ramp.
• Strengthen design quality with CAD practices, tolerance analysis, and DFMEA.
• Drive manufacturing readiness with cross-functional partners and suppliers.
• Provide technical leadership in materials, sensing integration, and molding.
• Align multiple disciplines toward priorities and delivery commitments.
• Shape engineering capabilities in modeling, rapid prototyping, and modern methods.
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve performance and patient outcomes.
