Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive progressive product development experience in a regulated industry (12+ years for BS, 10+ for MS, 7+ for PhD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership for complex product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
• Coordinate across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.
• Develop, analyze, test, troubleshoot, and improve medical devices for parenteral and enteral medications.
• Lead design control activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the team.
