You will develop global launch plans, define market segments and value propositions, and monitor KPIs to ensure customer needs guide strategic decisions and priority setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing and product management.
• Proven leadership in medical device or healthcare industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market, customers, and competition to identify product improvements.
• Define market segments, targeting, positioning, value propositions, and pricing.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Regional Sales.

• Create global launch plans and align go‑to‑market strategies with regional teams.
