Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mechanical engineering, regulated industry.
• 3–5+ years leading engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with design controls, DFMEA, risk management, verification, and manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a mechanical engineering team with accountability.
• Own execution for complex infusion systems from concept to production ramp.
• Improve design quality through CAD/drawing practices and DFMEA.
• Strengthen design controls and product risk management.
• Drive manufacturing readiness with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Provide leadership in materials, sensing, molding, reliability, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Align multiple engineering disciplines and external partners around priorities.
• Shape capabilities including modeling, simulation, and rapid prototyping.
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve performance and outcomes.
