Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Northeast, Field Reimbursement Manager, in a field-based role across NY, Philadelphia, Boston and Providence. You will lead a regional team, strategize for access and fulfillment improvements, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to drive patient outcomes.

The role requires 75% travel, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and 8+ years in healthcare business with strong leadership and reimbursement expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare business-related experience.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles.
• Experience with Buy & Bill, medical benefit, and AOB processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead a regional team of up to 10 direct reports to maximize access and fulfillment impact.
• Develop long- and short-term strategic plans and ensure timely, effective execution.
• Build trusted relationships with Sales, SCG, Marketing, and Brand partners.
• Coach FRMs to leverage data insights and improve account management.
• Allocate and manage the budget in line with team objectives.
• Comply with the JJIM Credo and FRM Rules of Engagement.
