Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Northeast Region for the Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS) team. The role leads a field-based FRM team across Neuroscience access programs, ensuring providers and patients have the tools to start and stay on therapy.

You will collaborate with multiple JJIM departments to drive reimbursement success and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in healthcare, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience; biopharma market access or managed markets experience preferred.
• Knowledge of account management, reimbursement principles, and Buy & Bill, AOB, or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field-based FRM team (up to 10 direct reports) to maximize access and fulfillment impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Market Access teams; travel up to 75% of the time.
• Provide strategic planning and execute tactics in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to enable therapy initiation and adherence.
