Job summary

Modine is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager (Vertical SIOP & Supply Chain Strategy) to own the end-to-end Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning for a designated product vertical within Data Centers. You will align demand, LTAs, and project orders with global plant capacities, while driving capital investments and process standardization across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

The role requires 8–12+ years in global supply chain planning, strong SIOP leadership, and advanced skills in SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain / Operations strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years in progressive supply chain planning and operations in global multi-site environments.
• SIOP/IBP leadership with 5+ years of end-to-end experience across regions.
• ERP planning systems experience (SAP PP/MM/SD preferred).
• Advanced Power BI and Excel modeling for capacity and scenario planning.
• Experience with LeanDNA and Salesforce beneficial.
• APICS/ASCM CSCP/CPIM certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vertical SIOP cadence across global manufacturing sites.
• Own the 5-stage SIOP cycle and monthly executive SIOP reviews.
• Align demand, LTAs, and project orders with capacity and working capital targets.
• Develop and present scenario models and risk analyses for footprint decisions.
• Translate capacity constraints into CapEx requests and business cases.
• Standardize planning processes and dashboards across the vertical.
• Collaborate with Product Management, PMO, IT, and finance to harmonize data.
