Job summary

Live Comfortably LLC in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Senior Director of SIOP to lead strategy and execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning. This hands‑on leader will optimize forecast accuracy, inventory, and supply chain performance using Logility and other planning tools.

You will collaborate across sales, merchandising, finance, operations, and manufacturing to drive data‑driven decisions, establish KPIs, and deliver measurable improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain/SIOP/demand planning, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record refining and optimizing SIOP/IBP processes.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across sales, finance, and operations.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and forecasting tools.
• Strong change management and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with Logility is required; knowledge of other planning platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SIOP strategy, aligning demand, supply, and financial goals.
• Lead hands‑on execution of SIOP initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Bridge sales, merchandising, finance, operations to ensure proactive forecasting and planning.
• Drive data‑driven decisions using analytics, models, and KPI monitoring.
• Optimize inventory and production planning to balance service levels and costs.
• Lead Logility optimization, adoption, and integration with planning processes.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic input to leadership.
