Job summary

Hearts & Science in New York seeks an Associate Director to lead day-to-day setup and optimization of performance campaigns across video and digital channels. You will guide the team as the main contact for strategy to improve campaign results and KPI achievement.

You will define, execute, and optimize media channel strategies, ensuring pacing, performance, and investment processes align with client goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience with 2+ years leading digital and video investment teams.
• Deep understanding of video campaign management and digital optimization practices.
• Strong leadership and program management skills; fast-paced agency environment.
• Collaborative team player with client leads and peers to exceed goals.
• Ability to extract insights, tell a story, and recommend actions with rationale.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term investment activation plans based on objectives and KPIs.
• Extract insights from data and relate the story to client business goals.
• Lead and supervise your team; allocate resources and plan programs.
• Present digital and video plans with clients and internal teams.
• Provide regular insights and training to develop team members.
• Manage campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting, pacing, and optimization.
• Identify campaign expansion opportunities aligned to client objectives.
• Manage agency partner or technology relationships supporting initiatives.
• Demonstrate innovation and thought leadership with new solutions and pilots.
• Contribute to annual roadmap and learning agenda.
