Job summary

Hearts & Science in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead the day-to-day setup and optimization of performance campaigns across video and digital channels. You will be the main contact for strategy to improve campaign performance and define, execute, and optimize media channel initiatives to meet client goals and KPIs.

You will manage investment activation plans, supervise a team, and present plans with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience with 2+ years leading digital and video investment teams.
• Strong program management and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to nurture and grow your team.
• Experience collaborating with clients and internal strategists to deliver top quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term investment activation plans based on the client’s objectives and KPIs.
• Lead digital and video strategic and tactical plans with clients, staff and internal teams.
• Extract insights from data and relate the story to client business goals.
• Allocate resources, track progress and supervise your team to execute programs.
• Provide insights and training to develop team members and influence roadmap planning.
