Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals; Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, change management, communication & financial acumen.
• Knowledge of modern Go-to-Market models, customer engagement processes and KPIs.
• Experience with data systems such as Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, PowerBI.
• Ability to drive change in a matrix organization; strong governance and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, deployment and execution of brand sales architecture, IC plans & contests.
• Align and accelerate Therapeutic Area business drivers; manage field force architecture and incentives.
• Coordinate Sales Operations activities including data reporting, triggers and ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with BOS and Business Unit teams to drive performance and share best practices.
• Identify efficiencies via process improvements and vendor leverage.
