Partner with Business Operations, HR, Legal and Finance to design, implement, and monitor programs that reward performance and drive results. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Math, or related major).
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to diagnose business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer field-based incentive programs for US Hem/Neph.
• Conduct complex analysis of rewards and incentive plans.
• Benchmark plan designs for market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to enhance data and plans.
• Lead development of models, methods, and training materials.
