Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead the portfolio of transformation programs and align delivery centers across regions. This role requires executive presence, global delivery expertise, and the ability to drive standardization at scale for 10,000+ resources.

Based in the United States with a hybrid work model, the role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership to partner with senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven experience running transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong knowledge of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global ops.
• Excellent communication, presentations and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management focus.
• Fluent, professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience in high-growth environments with ramp-ups of 5,000–10,000+ resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to drive consistency and standardization across delivery centers.
• Oversee stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo and reviews.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for engagement.
• Create customer success stories and drive adoption across centers.
• Establish scalable onboarding playbooks to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
