Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks an Associate Director, Field Training, to lead sales capability development across all channels, from onboarding to advanced career stages. You will design curricula, drive leadership development, and partner with cross-functional teams to build a scalable talent pipeline.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and extensive field sales training expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or healthcare-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in formula or healthcare sales.
• 3-5 years outside industry healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Field sales trainer experience and direct people management preferred.
• Experience in enterprise selling (IDN, GPO, National Homecare) and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and early-career development for field sales members to rapidly attain core competencies.
• Assess learning needs and identify capability gaps; design and implement development programs.
• Establish capability measurement frameworks and report business impact of learning initiatives.
• Collaborate to develop content and learning experiences for NSMs, RSMs, and strategic initiatives.
• Own and evolve the field sales training curriculum aligned to commercial strategy.
• Serve as SME in enterprise selling and negotiation for Specialty Sales organization.
• Partner with leadership to reinforce field execution, coaching, and capability development.
