Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Master Data Management to lead the Ex-China Commercial MDM capability and drive data governance, quality, and provisioning across HCP, HCO, payer, patient, and product domains.

You will shape governance frameworks, stewardship programs, and cross-functional data policies to enable trusted, scalable data-driven decision-making. The role collaborates with Commercial Ops, Marketing, Sales, Analytics and IT to align data platforms

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Pharmaceutical industry Commercial operations or related experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing & managing Master Data Management solutions.
• Experience in identity resolution, survivorship logic, and golden records across domains.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and architect commercial MDM domains and governance programs.
• Develop data quality standards and monitoring scorecards.
• Translate business needs into technical data solutions and data provisioning.
• Coordinate offshore teams and vendors for delivery of data platforms.
• Support analytics initiatives and AI-enabled data capabilities.
• Monitor data quality trends and drive continuous improvement.
