Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Proficiency in lease management software systems.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and industry-specific software.
• Ability to direct data processing and analysis efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provides concierge‑style support and individualized case management for faculty and University leadership.
• Anticipates resident needs and coordinates solutions balancing expectations with policies.
• Oversees service recovery, resident concerns, and escalations with cross‑department coordination.
• Serves as primary operational relationship manager for faculty, academic leadership, and University stakeholders.
• Supports faculty recruitment, onboarding, retention, and housing satisfaction initiatives.
• Oversees occupied/vacant apartment renovations and related projects with cross-functional teams.
• Leads renovation projects from planning through completion, including budgeting and vendor management.
• Manages approximately $2 million annually in renovation-related projects.
