The role includes supervision of leasing staff and implementing inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six years of full-time work experience in student affairs, customer service, hospitality, leasing, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff or leading teams.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and contribute to an inclusive residential environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of resident services and operational strategies for university owned apartment communities.
• Oversee financial planning and reporting for annual apartment revenue.
• Direct leasing and occupancy strategies and management systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and public relations for housing operations.
• Develop staff through supervision and professional development.
• Foster inclusive, welcoming residential communities and partnerships with local organizations.
