• 5+ years of managing faculty affairs staff.
• In-depth knowledge of Dell Medical School policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to the Associate Dean for faculty affairs and policies.
• Develop and execute strategies to support faculty appointments, promotion, tenure, and reviews.
• Lead initiatives from concept through implementation and improve operations.
• Manage OFAA day-to-day operations, metrics, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead departments through appointment and promotion processes and ensure dossier compliance.
• Develop resources and training to simplify APT requirements for faculty and leaders.
• Coordinate changing policies and ensure operational compliance across Dell Med and UT.
