Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 7 years of faculty affairs experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting at the Dean level.
• 5+ years of experience managing faculty affairs staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to the Associate Dean on faculty affairs and policies.
• Lead initiatives to support appointments, promotions, and tenure processes.
• Manage day-to-day OFAA operations and track strategic metrics.
• Oversee communications and cross‑functional collaboration across Dell Med and UT partners.
