Job summary

IQVIA LLC in Durham, NC is seeking an Associate Director, Data Sciences, Safety, and Regulatory FSP Sales to drive growth across accounts and expand the patient outcomes and lifecycle safety offerings.

You will develop relationships with traditional and new customers, qualify opportunities, coordinate with global operations on proposals, and maintain knowledge of IQVIA's FSP services to cross-sell across service lines. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with IQVIA traditional and new customers and proactively identify opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with key account decision-makers and understand customer organizations.
• Identify customer needs, define opportunities, and propose strategy/solution.
• Coordinate with Global Business Operations on proposals and contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA FSP offerings and advise throughout sales cycle.
• Maintain databases for customers, proposals, and contracts.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Contribute content to comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.
• Collaborate across service lines to cross-sell and respond to RFPs; support trade shows/conferences.
